How do I sign in?
Open the app and sign in with the email address associated with your company invitation. If you are joining for the first time, start with the link in your invitation email.

Forgot your password?
Choose “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in page. Enter your account email, then follow the prompts to use your verification code and set a new password.
Invitation not working?
Check that you are using the latest invitation email. If the link has expired, ask your company owner or administrator for a new invitation.
Can’t find your project?
Check that you are signed in with the correct email and viewing the right company. Your company owner or administrator can check your project access.
Need help with access?
Contact your company owner or administrator. Tell them which email you use and which company or project you need to access so they can check your invitation and permissions.
